Resolved Question: Repatriate to Germany?

I am an American citizen. I was a US birth abroad (my father is American) and a citizen pro sanguine. I was born in Bremen, Germany in a German hospital to a German mother. My birth certificate is even in both languages. I know I had the option to change to German citizenship before I turned 18, but I am now 20.
